2026 Fire Horse Year: How to Embody Pure Fire Without Burning Out?

As we are in a new year. A number 1 year. We moved out a number 9 year in 2025. That was the year of the snake. And the snake it was sometimes painful & brutal to lose the last layers that one doesn’t want to take into a new cycle in 2026. 

It's a number 1 year

Because this is a number (1) year, the year of the fire horse as this new year is not yet here according Chinese new year so its good to know that. But we feel already this powerful horse energy. It asks one to move forward in a new embodied way but it is not what you think.

Because with this fire it can feel like, let's move forward quickly, and you start something in this new year. But it asks one to move in gentle embodied ways so that you can carry the pure fire of your spirit in an embodied way. This makes it easier to carry the fire forward instead of burning out and down too quickly.

The thing is, if you don’t slow down and know how to embody this pure fire it will burn you down easily. So the only way is to work with it instead of against it.

In my video below I share a technique that focuses on how to come back to your center, your essence so you return back in the foundation of your core where you can hold steady your fire. 

Because embodiment living from a more feminine embodied way asks one to come back as often to the center and reconnect with everything that is alive within or is not yet alive, back to the natural laws. To bond deeply to our bodies it makes you build trust and safety in the body. Get to know the language of your body instead of coming from your pain (emotional body or your mental body) the mind. 

It is not only that we left the snake year, we are now more and more moving closer to the cross of the sleeping phoenix in 2027. The cross of the sleeping phoenix is connected to the human design system. To me it is interesting because of the Chinese zodiac system, tropical astrology, the human design system etc. It is clearly giving a signal that the pure fire of Goddessence is coming back online. The Goddessence (Goddess), the holy spirit is the gateway back to God and this fire was suppressed and offline for a long time. 

As the feminine, masculine and divine child were out of sync for years because we lived in an age of suppression where we needed to obey and follow the orders of the tribe. This was the old cross of the collective, the cross of planning.

And beautiful women, we feel this in our bodies. This deep shift. This change. That's why for many their life is breaking down. And it feels like your life is on FIRE. Because it wants to come back to your true essence from within, living in your body.

The year of the horse 2026 is not a gentle year, it asks one to stand for what is right and embody this leadership. But only when we know how to work with this energy of pure fire and the years that are asking many to embody this. It is a ART, 

Mastery to live from this way because it is not a gentle fire it burns down everything is false within and so without and you need to know how to work with that. So it doesnt burn you down. You hold the power. You hold the true beauty.
