Somatic ancestral healing supports women in gently releasing inherited patterns from the body so they can live from choice rather than survival.
Ancestral healing for women focuses on identifying and releasing emotional and nervous system patterns passed down through generations. These patterns often formed in response to trauma, oppression, chronic stress, or environments where safety was limited. This is stored deep down in the cellular memory, the nervous system and the fascia in the body.

Somatic practices for trauma informed support healing without re-traumatization. Your pace is respected, always each client is different because no body is the same. Your body leads always.
Ancestral trauma lives in the nervous system, the fascia.Somatic healing is how it can be released. In the sessions we don't focus mainly on the trauma but it is an byproduct of it. See below my important to notice part where i explain more about this.
Important to notice: in sessions we mainly focus on your body the here and the now, and as a byproduct ancestral pain can be released. If trauma work in depth is needed. And yes i am to an certain level trained in doing trauma work even regarding ancestral work. But if i see the need that one needs to work more in depth trauma focused i will always be honest in that. In my sessions i mainly focus on the here and the now, inner child parts and now and then ancestral parts. But if one is stuck in an traumatic pattern, maybe emdr is also or first needed.
When ancestral healing and somatic coaching are integrated, healing becomes embodied and sustainable. Rather than forcing change, the nervous system learns that it is safe to soften, unwind, and reorganize.
